OUR PROCESS

1. Discovery

The project always begins with a discovery stage, where we listen to our client’s needs. Our preliminary interviews are relaxed yet specific, as we endeavour to balance the desires of the client with realities of technological trends and budgets constraints.

2. System Design

Once the pertinent information had been gathered, all aspects of the project are now defined. A detailed proposal is developed in accordance with these plans. additionally we can provide an extensive set of drawings that graphically show where all hardware and prewire locations will be located.

3. Implementation

Additional support documentation is created as the Rough and Trim phases commence. With the home interior ready for painting, we begin the concluding phases, order the system gear, and schedule its installation. Our job is only complete when the client is 100% satisfied with the finished product. These final phases can take a few weeks to a few months depending on the project’s scale.
