YOUR UNIT IS NOT WORKING, AND ONE OR MULTIPLE LED INDICATOR LIGHTS ON THE COVER IS/ARE FLASHING INTERMITTENTLY.
First, identify which LED(s) is/are flashing and how many times.
Second, check the user manual to see if the manufacturer provides information that will help decode the LCD flashing pattern and indicate what the problem is.
If the problem is not a simple one to rectify (e.g. replacement of filter or lamp, etc.), please contact us to help you further or request an RMA here.
