From Request to Return
From initial assessment to final return, every repair follows a structured process designed to keep you informed and your unit moving forward.
How it works
Every unit that comes through our facility follows the same process. The timeline below shows each stage, from initial request through repair and return.
The first step is to submit a Repair Request. Once received, we'll issue a Repair Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions for sending or dropping off your unit.
Shortly after your Repair Request is submitted, we'll send your Repair Authorization (RMA) number along with shipping or drop-off instructions. We'll also provide guidance on how to package your unit safely for transport and where it needs to be sent.
Upon arrival, your unit is logged into our system and assigned to a technician for evaluation. Using specialized tools, manufacturer documentation, and proven repair procedures, we identify the root cause of the issue, determine the appropriate corrective action in line with OEM specifications, and send a detailed repair estimate for your review.
Following evaluation, our technicians carry out the required repair work and testing. When replacement parts are needed, we leverage established manufacturer relationships to obtain OEM components not held in inventory.
Once repairs are complete, the unit is reassembled and subjected to extended operational testing. Every repair is verified under sustained load to ensure the issue has been resolved and the unit is performing as expected before it leaves our facility.
After successfully completing repair and testing, your unit is prepared for return shipment. It is carefully packaged and shipped to the address associated with your Repair Authorization (RMA), ready to go back into operation.
