Preventive Maintenance

Protect performance. Reduce downtime. Extend equipment life.

Projectors operate in environments where dust and airborne particles gradually accumulate inside cooling and optical systems. Left unchecked, this buildup can reduce image quality, restrict airflow, increase operating temperatures, and shorten the life of critical components.

Our preventive maintenance programs are designed to keep projectors operating efficiently and reliably. Performed by qualified technicians, each service restores cooling performance, improves optical clarity, and helps reduce the risk of unexpected failures.

Why invest in preventive maintenance?
  • Brighter, sharper, more consistent images
  • Fewer service interruptions and emergency repairs
  • Longer life from your projector investment

Light & Colour Testing

Quantifying light, colour, and display performance.

Our testing services provide precise measurement and analysis of light, colour, and display performance. Using specialized photometric, spectroradiometric, illuminance, and power measurement equipment, we help organizations verify performance, diagnose issues, validate specifications, and establish objective benchmarks.

While commonly applied to projectors, displays, and LED technologies, these services also support industries where accurate light and colour measurement are essential, including digital cinema, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, medical, and research applications.

Field Service

When the system can't come to us, we come to it.

Some systems are too large, too critical, or too integrated into their environment to be removed for service. Our field technicians attend site with the tools, replacement parts, and test equipment needed to diagnose, maintain, align, and repair systems where they operate.

Backed by decades of experience supporting and deploying audio-visual systems, we provide the same technical expertise on site that customers rely on at our service facility.
